A Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Certified Travel Counselor (CTC), or a Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE) who complete an educational seminar earn 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) up to a maximum of 6 CEUs. WRTA Enables CTIEs, CTCs and CTAs
To Earn Continuing Education Units

The World Religious Travel Association has partnered with The Travel Institute to provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to Certified Travel Industry Executives, Certified Travel Counselors (CTCs) and Certified Travel Associates (CTAs) who complete the program. Travel professionals who have earned the CTIE, CTC and CTA certifications through The Travel Institute are required to earn ten CEUs annually to maintain their designations.

Overview

The Religious Travel Market Educational Course is the industry's first-ever, fully-dedicated professional educational course on the $18 billion and 300 million traveler Religious Market . The course is designed to educate any company, organization or individual about the Religious Market, and in particular, the Religious Travel Market (with a particular focus on the North American religious traveler/consumer). The course is very user-friendly and the various sections can be studied or reviewed in any order. Upon completion of the course, you can take the “Assessment Exam” in order to gain 2 (two) CEU's through The Travel Institute. To access the “Assessment Exam,” please click here. Upon completion of your exam, please email your completed exam to the staff at WRTA. Any completed exams with a score of 80% or higher will earn the respective CEU's for completing the Religious Travel Market Educational Course.
